Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all designated employees and directors of the Company from May 20, 2016 to May 31, 2016 due to consideration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016. The trading window shall re-open on June 01, 2016.
