Heritage Foods gains on receiving nod to purchase existing assets of Teja Dairy

Heritage Foods is currently trading at Rs. 518.65, up by 3.25 points or 0.63% from its previous closing of Rs. 515.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 522.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 522.00 and Rs. 515.40 respectively.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 594.00 on 12-Jan-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 311.40 on 25-May-2015.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 534.80 and Rs. 507.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1,203.22 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 39.90% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 9.25% and 50.85% respectively.

Heritage Foods has received an approval for purchase of existing assets of Teja Dairy at Sindhanur, Raichur District of Karnataka with the plant processing capacity of 20,000 liters per day with a cost of Rs 60 lakh. The board of directors at its meeting held on May 23, 2016 has received an approval for the same.
