Colgate Palmolive (India) has reported results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.
The company has posted a fall of 10.84% in its net profit at Rs 145.89 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2016 as compared to Rs 163.63 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company has increased by 7.20% at Rs 1110.21 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 1035.65 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2015.
For the year ended March 31, 2016, the company has posted a rise of 3.14% in its net profit at Rs 576.51 crore as compared to Rs 558.98 crore for the same period in the previous year. Total income of company increased 4.65% at Rs 4201.9 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 4015.11 crore for the period ended March 31, 2015.
