Physical Rubber prices showed weakness on Tuesday on buyer resistance in the market. Spot prices for RSS-4 variety declined to 126.50/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 127/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety dipped to 123/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 123.50/ kg.
In the futures market, contract of June delivery improved to Rs 124.92 compared to its previous closing of Rs 123.17, while July delivery closed at Rs 125.12 compared to its previous close of Rs 123.31 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
