With reference to the earlier letter dated May 16, 2016, intimated regarding Board Meeting for consideration of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter/Year ended on March 31, 2016, Pariksha Fin- Invest- Lease has now informed that while considering the Accounts the Board sought some clarifications on the Accounts which could not be readily provided. Hence, the meeting has been adjourned to May 30, 2016 to consider and approve, inter-alia, the Financial Results for the Quarter/Year ended March 31, 2016.
