Creador LLC, a private equity (PE) firm has pared some of its stake in Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company. The PE firm has sold 17.6 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 875 on Friday.

Creador had held about 42.27 lakh shares, representing 2.71 per cent stake in Cholamandalam Investment at the end of March.

Cholamandalam Investment is among the top 5 NBFC’s in the country operating in vehicle finance, home equity, corporate and mortgage finance segments with subsidiaries in the broking and wealth advisory space.
