Zee Learn has informed that the Company has on May 30, 2016 issued a notice terminating existing Registrar & Share Transfer Agency Agreement with Sharepro Services (India) Pvt Ltd, with effect from the close of business hours on June 30, 2016. This discontinuation of R&T arrangement with Sharepro is in view of SEBI’s advisory vide Order dated March 22, 2016, advising Companies who are clients of Sharepro Services (India) Pvt Ltd (Sharepro) to initiate switch over of R&T activities. Appointment of alternate SEBI registered Registrar & Share Transfer Agreement in place of Sharepro will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
