Tech Mahindra, a specialist in digital transformation, consulting and business re-engineering, has concluded the acquisition of 76.06% stake in Pininfarina S.p.A (Pininfarina) through Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV). Tech Mahindra holds 60% in the said SPV while Mahindra & Mahindra holds the remaining 40% stake in SPV.
