As the audit of the accounts could not be completed and Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2016 could not be compiled, the Board Meeting has been postponed till completion of audit and compilation of the statement of accounts. The date of meeting to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 will be intimated in due course.
