Dishman Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals’, Swiss arm Carbogen Amcis, which offers process development and manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) to the pharmaceutical industry, is planning to expand its operations in Bubendorf (Switzerland).
In this regards, Carbogen Amcis has signed an agreement to acquire the land and buildings of GEA Pharma Systems AG in Bubendorf. The acquisition, which is close to its current headquarters and larger scale production site, will become effective on January 1, 2017. The acquired space is divided into laboratory, production, storage and office areas and provides a set of clean-room GMP compliant suites.
