Andhra Petrochemicals has informed that Shamsher Singh Rawat, I.A.S., Nominee Director of Andhra Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation (APIDC) has resigned from the Board of the Company vide his letter dated May 18, 2016 which has been received by the Company on June 01, 2016. Accordingly, as per the provisions of Section 168 of the Companies Act, 2013, he ceased to the Director of the Company with effect from June 01, 2016.
