Future & Option (F&O) total turnover stood at Rs 250218.19 crore on March 29 and the total numbers of contract traded on the day were 9576111.
Of the total turnover, Index Futures contributed Rs 23353.92 crore, Stock Futures Rs 32861.28 crore and Index Options Rs 189157.76 crore while, the contribution of the Stock Options was of Rs 4845.23 crore.
For the day the total F&O PutCall ratio stood at 0.98 while Index Options PutCall ratio was 0.99 and that of Stock Options was 0.58.
The top five scrips with highest PCR on OI were Hindustan Zinc 5.00, ABG Shipyard 4.00, Jubilant Foodworks 2.63, REC 2.33 and Siemens 2.33.
Among most active underlying, Suzlon witnessed an addition of 14.34 million of Open Interest in the April month futures contract followed by IFCI which witnessed an addition of 13.94 million of Open Interest in the near month contract. Meanwhile, LITL witnessed an addition of 18.86 million in the April month futures. Also, RCOM Infrastructure witnessed an addition of 13.09 million in Open Interest in the April month contract. Finally Unitech witnessed contraction of 9.44 million of Open Interest in the near month futures contract.
