Solar Industries India shines on bagging order worth Rs 443.44 crore

Solar Industries (India) is currently trading at Rs. 3215.00, up by 132.85 points or 4.31% from its previous closing of Rs. 3082.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 3079.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 3299.20 and Rs. 3078.00 respectively. So far 2169 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 4324.00 on 16-Jul-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2850.00 on 29-Feb-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 3160.00 and Rs. 3075.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5825.75 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 72.98% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 23.06% and 3.96% respectively.

Solar Industries India has bagged an order from Singareni Collieries Company (SCCL) for the supply of 163911.20 MT explosives worth Rs 443.44 crore for the financial year 2016-17 and 2017-18.

Solar Industries India has grown to become India’s largest manufacturer of Industrial explosives and Explosive initiating systems and spreading its presence to Global Markets.
