GE Shipping’s step down subsidiary gets struck off from RoC

Great Eastern Shipping Company’s (GE Shipping) step down subsidiary -Greatship DOF Subsea Projects- has been struck off from the Register of Companies (RoC) under the Fast Track Exit Mode. Greatship DOF Subsea Projects is the wholly owned subsidiary of Greatship (India), which again is a subsidiary of the company.

Great Eastern Energy is a private sector shipping and offshore oilfield services provider. The company is presently exploring and developing production wells for coal-bed methane (CBM) in Damodar Valley (Raniganj coalfield), near the city of Asansol, West Bengal.
