Piramal Enterprises strengthens on plan to raise Rs 300 crore via NCDs

Piramal Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 1350.00, up by 7.70 points or 0.57% from its previous closing of Rs. 1342.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1337.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1355.20 and Rs. 1322.35 respectively. So far 4538 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1536.50 on 19-May-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 805.00 on 18-Sep-2015.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1448.00 and Rs. 1330.95 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 23296.02 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.58%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 30.47% and 17.95% respectively.

Piramal Enterprises is planning to raise Rs 300 crore by issuing 3000 Secured, Rated, Umlisted, Redeemable, Non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 10 lakh each, on private placement basis. The NCDs will have tenure of 1001 days and carry a coupon rate of 9.57% per annum.
