Merck has informed that the Company has already issued notification to its employees on June 10, 2016 regarding closure of trading window for them for the purposes of consideration and approval of the un-audited financial results from June 16, 2016 until 24 hours from the publication of the un-audited financial results for the quarter to be ended on June 30, 2016. The Company would be subsequently informing the date of the Board Meeting for the consideration and approval of the above mentioned un- audited financial results.
