Adi Finechem has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 16, 2016 has considered and approved the Incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary Company and to make initial investment up to Rs 100,000 by way of subscription to Equity Share Capital of the said proposed subsidiary Company; and Shifting the Registered Office of the Company from Ahmedabad, Gujarat to Mumbai, Maharashtra subject to approval of shareholders through postal ballots and other necessary approval as may be required.
