Venus Remedies has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 24, 2016, to consider the status of preferential issue of shares which was passed at last AGM, which is still pending for implementation. Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, the Trading Window, for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed from June 18, 2016 to June 26, 2016 for all the designated employees.
