Bharat Financial Inclusion rises on completing first securitization transaction of Rs 213.57 crore

Bharat Financial Inclusion is currently trading at Rs. 699.75, up by 1.25 points or 0.18% from its previous closing of Rs. 698.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 690.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 701.85 and Rs. 690.90 respectively. So far 6,282 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 710.10 on 21-Jun-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 369.45 on 18-Sep-2015.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 710.10 and Rs. 668.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 8,940.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 2.65%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 77.05% and 20.28% respectively.

Bharat Financial Inclusion (formerly known as SKS Microfinance) has completed first securitization transaction worth Rs 213.57 crore in FY17.

The entire pool qualifies for Priority Sector treatment as per the Reserve Bank of India’s Priority Sector lending guidelines. The pool has been rated AA (SO) by a leading rating agency, signifying a high degree of safety regarding timely servicing of financial obligations. Such instruments carry very low credit risk.

Bharat Financial Inclusion is a non-banking finance company (NBFC), regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. The company’s mission is to provide financial services to the poor under the premise that providing financial services to poor borrowers helps to alleviate poverty.
