Infibeam Incorporation’s wholly owned subsidiary (WoS) --NSI Infinium Global-- has signed term sheet and made proposed investment of Rs 45 crore into Avenues (India) (CC Avenues) pending definitive agreement. In this regard, NSI Infinium Global definitive agreement has been executed for investment of Rs 60 crore with Avenues (India) on June 22, 2016.
