Shoppers Stop has opened “Shoppers Stop” store at Plaza Mall - Pune. With the opening of this store, the company has now 52 “Shoppers Stop” stores (including two airport stores) under its operation.
Further, the Company has opened one ‘Mothercare’ stores as ‘Shop in Shop' store within the aforesaid Shoppers Stop store. With the opening of this store, the Company has now 40 ‘Mothercare’ stores, with 6 stores on standalone and 34 stores on shop in shop basis.
Shoppers Stop is engaged in the retailing business. It runs a chain of departmental stores with brands including Shopper’s Stop, Home Stop, Crossword, Cafes and Restaurants etc.
