Gruh Finance has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 18, 2016, to consider and take on record /approve the unaudited financial results for the 1st quarter/ three months period ended June 30, 2016, subject to a limited review by the Statutory Auditors (Q1). In this connection, the Company further informs that the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from June 25, 2016 to July 20, 2016 for the employees and directors of the Company in terms of the Share Dealing Code and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
