Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) (TTML) has decided to raise Rs 3,000 crore from its promoter Tata Teleservices through allotment of preferential equities. The company’s board gave approval for the same at its meeting held on June 25, 2016.
Tata Teleservices Maharashtra is a part of the Tata Group. This telecom services company has its presence all over Maharashtra and Goa. The company’s total subscribers as on May 31, 2016 stood at 10,350,753 of which Wireline contributed 820,193, FWT 695,186 and Mobile 8,835,374.
