Piramal Enterprises has allotted 1,050 secured redeemable NCDs, having the face value of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating to Rs 105 crore. The committee at the meeting of Administrative Committee held on June 23, 2016 has approved for the same. These NCDs shall be listed on the National Stock Exchange of India - Wholesale Debt market segment.

Piramal Enterprises is one of the leading players globally in CRAMS (custom research and manufacturing services) as well as in the critical care segment of inhalation and injectable anaesthetics. It also has a strong presence in the OTC segment in India.
