LLP, Chartered Accountants, has appointed as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of five years from the conclusion of 23rd Annual General Meeting held on June 30, 2016 until the conclusion of Annual General Meeting to be held in the year 2021, in place of S R Batliboi & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, who have expressed their inability to continue in compliance with the provision of the Companies Act, 2013.
