In this connection, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders (the Code) of the Company read with applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons of the Company (including their immediate relatives) from July 15, 2016 to July 27, 2016.
