Elantas Beck India has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company vide its resolution dated July 04, 2016 passed by circulation has granted it's in principle approval for the sale of Company’s Property at S. No. 155, Mumbai-Pune Road, Pimpri Waghere, Pune - 411018 approx. of 6239 sq. mt. to Sukhwani Associates, Pune. The approval is subject to the terms and conditions to be agreed vide Memorandum of Understanding to be executed between the Company and Sukhwani Associates. The proposal will be finally approved at the forthcoming meeting of the Board scheduled to be held on July 27, 2016.
