Cairn India has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 21, 2016, to consider the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 (Q1). In this regard, an earnings conference call /meet with analysts /investors is being scheduled on July 21, 2016, after the Board meeting. Also, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading (Code) of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from July 08, 2016 to July 23, 2016 for the designated employees of the Company as defined in the Code.
