Dewan Housing Finance Corporation has informed that CRISIL has vide its letter dated July 07, 2016, assigned a rating of ‘CRISIL A1+’ (pronounced as CRISIL A one plus rating) on the debt instrument of the Company i.e. ‘Short Term Deposit’. As per CRISIL, the instruments with this rating are considered to have ‘very strong degree of safety’ regarding timely payment of financial obligations and such instruments carry lowest credit risk.
