Sagar Cements has reported the cement production and sales figures for June 2016. The Cement production for June 2016 stood at 130,035 million tonnes (MT), down by 1%, compared to 130,905 MT produced in June 2015. The Cement sales for June 2016 stood at 123,409 MT, down by 20%, compared to 154,032 MT in June 2015.
The cement production for April-June 2016, stood at 425,275 MT, down by 2%, compared to 435,860 MT for the same period last year. The cement sales for April-June, 2015 stood at 426,504 MT, down by 9%, compared to sales of 469,183 MT for April-June, 2015 period.
Sagar Cements is one of the most modern mini cement plants in the state of Andhra Pradesh. The plant is based on Dry Process Rotary Kiln Technology that is used in ‘Standard Quality' cement companies.
