Premier Explosives has informed that the Board Meeting of the Company will be held on July 29, 2016, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further, in this connection and in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed, from July 22, 2016 to July 31, 2016, for all Directors and designated employees.
