FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per July 18 data: NSDL

18 Jul 2016 Evaluate

The FIIs as per Monday’s data were net buyers in equity and debt segments both, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 5838.75 crore against gross sell of Rs 4429.50 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1409.25 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 710.94 crore with gross sales of Rs 456.22 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 254.72 crore in debt.
