RCom rises on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary company in Netherland

Reliance Communications (RCom) is currently trading at Rs. 49.30, up by 0.35 points or 0.72% from its previous closing of Rs. 48.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 49.30 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 49.45 and Rs. 49.05 respectively. So far 1,50,000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 91.80 on 01-Jan-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 45.55 on 24-Jun-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 52.15 and Rs. 48.65 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 12,245.78 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 59.05%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 26.73% and 14.18% respectively.

Reliance Communications has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company in Netherland in the name of ‘Aircom Holdco BV’. The firm has been registered with the Trade Registrar of the Netherlands on July 18, 2016. Aircom Holdco BV is an investment company which is yet to commence its business operations.

RCom is engaged in providing information and communications services. It provides telecom services for mobile and fixed line telephony. It offers code division multiple access (CDMA), global system for mobile (GSM), and 3G wireless services, wireline, voice, data, video, internet services.
