Shree Cement has completed the up-gradation of Preheater of Clinker line of Unit-I at Beawar in state of Rajasthan on July 15, 2016. Consequently, the Clinker Capacity of Unit-I stands increased from 1.1 MTPA to 1.4 MTPA.
The company has recently won the bid for coal linkages from state-run Coal India subsidiary, South Eastern Coalfields (SECL), for 80,000 tonnes annually. The company will get the supply of the dry fuel mainly from New Kusmunda mine in Chhattisgarh for Rs 970 per tonne.
