Agro Dutch Industries defaults on debt repayments

Agro Dutch Industries has defaulted in repayments of debt. The Consortium lenders have taken over the possession of all the assets of the Company under Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial asset and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFESI Act). Accordingly, the production has been discontinued.

Agro Dutch Industries is an India-based company, which is engaged in the cultivation and procession of button mushrooms. The Company is engaged in the white button mushroom business. The Company's mushroom products include whole mushroom, button mushrooms, thick slices, sliced, superior PNS and regular PNS.
