As per SEBI Insider Trading Regulations, the period of Closing of Trading window will start from Tuesday, August 02, 2016 and will continue till Friday, August 12, 2016. Further, the Directors, Designated employees, Insiders and their dependent family members cannot trade in securities of the Company during the closure of ‘Trading Window’.
