Aplab has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, the August 10, 2016, to consider the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and 3 months ended June 30, 2016. Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company, will be closed from July 25, 2016 for Designated Employees (and their immediate Relatives) under the Aplab Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading - 2015. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement to the Stock Exchange of the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.
