FIIs stood as net buyers in equities on April 9, 2012: SEBI

The FIIs as per Monday’s data were net buyers in equities and debt segments both, according to data released by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 1410.90 crore against gross selling of Rs 1276.60 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 134.40 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 807.30 crore with gross sales of Rs 562.90 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 244.50 crore in debt.
