With reference to the earlier letter dated July 13, 2016 wherein the Company had informed about the water logging inside the factory premises located at Mandideep that affected the Company’s manufacturing facilities and also lead to temporary suspension of its operations, Crompton Greaves has now informed that post completion of the assessment carried out by the Insurer, the claims made by the Company towards the damages to the plant and machinery and also the loss of production has been accepted by the Insurer. Majority of the facilities are currently functional and the Management expects to restore normalcy in operations very shortly.
