Bharat Financial Inclusion rises on issuing Commercial Paper worth Rs 100 crore

Bharat Financial Inclusion is currently trading at Rs. 896.30, up by 10.35 points or 1.17% from its previous closing of Rs. 885.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 888.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 901.50 and Rs. 881.10 respectively. So far 1,06,000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 907.75 on 26-Jul-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 369.45 on 18-Sep-2015.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 907.75 and Rs. 776.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 11,427.43 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 2.06%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 80.77% and 17.17% respectively.

Bharat Financial Inclusion (formerly known as SKS Microfinance) has issued Commercial Paper of an aggregate amount of Rs 100 crore on July 27, 2016, which has been rated ‘A1+’ by a leading rating agency. The aggregate Commercial Paper outstanding as on date is Rs 275 crore.

Instruments with the aforesaid rating are considered to have a very strong degree of safety regarding timely payment of financial obligations. Such instruments carry the lowest credit risk.

Bharat Financial Inclusion is a non-banking finance company (NBFC), regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. The company’s mission is to provide financial services to the poor under the premise that providing financial services to poor borrowers helps to alleviate poverty.
