India Glycols has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, August 05, 2016, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2016 and raising of funds through issuance of securities. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating and Monitoring Trading by insiders, the ‘Trading Window’ for insiders for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain close from July 29, 2016 to August 07, 2016.
