With reference to the earlier letter dated July 20, 2016 regarding Board Meeting on July 30, 2016, Natural Capsules has now informed that in the same Board meeting Scheduled on July 30, 2016 the Board of Directors, also to consider the extension of time limit from 12 months to 18 months for conversion of convertible securities / Equity share warrants issued to non-promoters on preferential basis in last AGM as per the provision of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009. The same will be presented for the shareholders approval in the coming AGM.
