Sahyog Credits has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 10, 2016, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter (Q1) ended on June 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading (Code), the ‘Trading Window’ for trading in Equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for Directors, Designated Persons, their immediate relatives and other connected persons from August 01, 2016 to August 12, 2016. Accordingly the ‘Trading Window’ will be opened on August 13, 2016.
