FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per April 10 data: SEBI

10 Apr 2012 Evaluate

The FIIs as per Tuesday’s data were net sellers in equities while they were net buyers in debt segments, according to data released by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 1084.90 crore against gross sell of Rs 1337.60 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers buyers of Rs 252.70 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1211.50 crore with gross sales of Rs 100.10 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1111.40 crore in debt.
