Kumaka Industries has decided not to go for investment in Pinnacle Therapeutics due to non availability of requisite finance. Earlier on July 06, 2015, the company decided to make investment of Rs 1 lakh in Equity shares of Pinnacle Therapeutics, so to make it wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

The company is a leading manufacturer of pharmaceutical products. The company currently has its own manufacturing facility in GIDC Ankleshwar, Gujarat(India) to manufacturers Corticosteroids and its Salts. Over a period of time the company has understood the needs of its customers.
