Infosys invests $4 million in Cloudyn

Infosys, a global leader in consulting, technology, outsourcing and next-generation services, has made an investment of $4 million in Cloudyn, a company that provides SaaS solutions for the management and optimization of hybrid, multi-cloud deployments. The investment will be completed by August 15, 2016.

Infosys investment will give them a minority stake. Cloudyn supports multiple infrastructure services including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and OpenStack, and has 80 percent of its customers in the US.

Infosys is a global leader in consulting, technology and outsourcing solutions. The company enables clients, in more than 30 countries, to stay a step ahead of emerging business trends and outperform the competition.
