Kachchh Minerals has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 11, 2016, to consider and approve the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. For prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all designated employees and directors of the Company with immediate effect and will open 24 hours after the announcement of financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.
