United Breweries has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2016.
The company has registered 20.40% rise in its net profit at Rs 147.06 crore for the quarter as compared to Rs 122.14 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 7.30% at Rs 1576.83 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 1469.58 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
United Breweries is maker of Kingfisher beer and Heineken beer in India. Its flagship brand 'Kingfisher' is currently available in 52 countries and leads the way amongst Indian beers in the International market.
