Further, the Board took note of resignation of Preeti Verma, as the Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company with effect from August 19, 2016 and has approved the appointment Nidhi Sharma, as the Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company with effect from August 20, 2016.
