In this regard, the company has proposed to issue unsecured subordinated perpetual non-convertible debentures (NCDs) for Rs 200 crore with a greenshoe option of up to Rs 275 crore. The company is also planning to issue secured redeemable NCDs amounting to Rs 140 crore with a greenshoe option of up to Rs 10 crore on private placement basis.
